Can I change or cancel my Venum order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change your order after you hit the ‘place order’ button. This includes the following:
- Delivery/Billing Address
- Item and/or Size Changes
- Adding and/or Removing Items from the Order
- Shipping Method
If you notice a mistake with your order, you may cancel your order within two hours of order confirmation by requesting a cancellation via Customer Service. Please call (888)200-5032 or email contact.us@venum.com.
For noncustom orders, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. However, we cannot guarantee successful order cancellation once the order is in progress. Please be advised that for orders cancelled at a certain fulfillment stage, a $5.00 cancellation fee will be assessed.
*IF WE ARE NOT CONTACTED WITHIN THE TWO HOURS AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED, WE CANNOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE ORDER GOING MISSING UPON DELIVERY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE THIS ORDER.
