What is our Return Policy?
We are able to accept returns or exchanges on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment* only under the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must be clean and free from wear
- Items must be unwashed
We do not accept exchanges or returns on the following items:
- Punch/Heavy Bags
- Face Masks
- Mouth Guards
- Compression Items
- Undergarments
- Protective Cups
- Groin Guard
- Custom Gloves
- Personalized UFC Products
- Free Gifts or Promotional Items with a retail value (ex. Black Friday Sale)
For hygienic safety, we do not accept returns/exchanges for compression items because they may be worn as undergarments. Compression items include:
- Compression Tops - Rashguards
- Compression Pants- Spats
- Vale Tudo & Compression Shorts
Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smells of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, has visible signs of wear, etc).
VENUM accepts unworn, undamaged goods purchased within the last 30 days.
If qualifying, VENUM is happy to offer its customers easy returns and instant exchanges.

- Exchanges are instant! Exchange orders will ship out right away - even before you send back your old items.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days upon VENUM's receipt of your package. They will be credited to the card used in your initial purchase. (Please note that card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process.)
For all orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, standard shipping may take an additional two weeks.

Exchanges are free for items ordered within the Continental U.S. (Not applicable for discounted items).
We encourage you to try another size if necessary!
DENIED RETURNS
For returns reviewed by the warehouse and flagged—typically because they are in non-original condition, dirty, containing pet hair, or having an odor—the item will be stored for up to two weeks. During this period, the customer must provide a shipping label for the item(s) to be returned. If the customer provides no further instructions within the two-week window, the item(s) will be disposed of.
